All refund and return requests are subject to the terms outlined below. Ross Henderson reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the stated conditions. By making a purchase through our website, you agree to follow this policy in full. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns caused by third-party shipping providers.

Refund Policy - The Basics 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer refunds under the following basic conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have the original tag still attached.

• A valid proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
