All refund and return requests are subject to the terms outlined below. Ross Henderson reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the stated conditions. By making a purchase through our website, you agree to follow this policy in full. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns caused by third-party shipping providers.
Refund Policy - The Basics
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer refunds under the following basic conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have the original tag still attached.

A valid proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
